Come and celebrate the fruit set with us!

Run a fun 5K through the apple orchard and then enjoy some Traverse City Cherry Hard Cider and a fresh donut when you finish! There is also a chance to add on Fresh from the Farm Breakfast!

Start anytime between 8:15am and 9:15am. There will be a wave start to maintain social distancing at the starting line and on the course.

FRUIT SET CONTEST!

Apple trees set fruit in the spring and the apples mature from late summer through fall. We will have one official Fruit Set contest tree marked in the orchard.

Take a guess at how many apples that tree is going to produce and WIN A BUSHEL OF APPLES from it! Winner will be announced at our Fall race, Scrumpy Skedaddle. You are not required to be present to win, but you will need to pick up your prize at Almar Orchards.^*

^*Contest will run as long as Mother Nature agrees with the apple trees!

FRESH FROM THE FARM BREAKFAST!

Add on breakfast for $7.00!

Breakfast served 9am til 11am.

Includes: 1/4 pound bratwurst patty from Al-mar’s very own pigs, 2 scrambled eggs, hash browns, and a buttermilk biscuit.

All registrants receive a soft cotton t-shirt. Finishers will receive a commemorative glass and finishers medal when crossing the finish line! Plus, get a pour of Traverse City Cherry Hard Cider and a fresh donut when you finish!
